Returns

In the event that your Melissa Rousseau Jewelry becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair it free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of purchase, we will gladly repair your jewelry for a small shipping and materials fee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines to return your merchandise.

• Merchandise in its original, unworn condition and packaging may be returned for exchange or credit card refund less shipping charges.
• All returns must be postmarked within seven days of receipt of purchase. No returns will be accepted after seven days.
• Please make sure to insure your return shipment for the purchase price. We are unable to accept returns of lost, worn or damaged merchandise.
